Workshop on Theatre Arts



A workshop  on Theatre Arts was organized  by our college  as part of Art Education  . The class was handled by Satish C Nair,  Department of Theatre Arts, Kerala University from  morning  10 to evening 4 .He had taken class on Drama and its classifications. He also specified  that  sound,  mind and body  are the inevitable  components  in a Drama. After  the class we were divided  into option wise groups and asked to perform  a drama  based  on our subject. Also we got an opportunity  to hear the suggestions based on the drama  played.

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality.  Our college celebrated women's day The inaugural function started with a prayer song. Our college principal gave a presidential address and then the chief guest's inaugural address. She addressed various problems and challenges faced by women in our society and how to tackle them. She also spoke about her experience and how she managed to be in such a position today. It was inspiring. Then felicitation was given by Very Rev.Fr. Zachariah Ramban, our local manager. Online teaching

 As there was no respite from corona virus, we were asked to take classes through online forms for school students. The school chosen was Marthoma Girls High School, Kottarakara . I took the chapter Identities for the students. In between the class Diagnostic test was conducted and after the end of the session an achievement test was carried out for knowing how much the students have learnt.
